How to use loose pigments?

There are a variety of loose pigments availabe online, and they’re relatively easy to find. They have special properties that differ from traditional makeup products, so it’s important to know how to use them correctly. Try Kallos Vanity Loose Pigments.

It’s best to start with a primer. Make sure your lids are free from oils and other skin care products before applying loose pigment eye shadow. Otherwise, the pigment might not stick properly or look too shiny when applied over moisturized skin.

Read on for the how to use loose pigments and our recommended ways!

Pigments are a fine, loose powder and the main ingredient in eyeshadow . Typically, when binder is added, it dulls the pigment’s color. Without binder, the intensely pigmented loose powder is known as pigment—they’re usually shimmery, but pigments can be matte as well.

Kallos Pigments for Eyes: If you don't have enough time, it's easy to add pigment to your lower eyelids, but it still feels shiny! Tap the pigment cap or flat surface with a light / medium shade, pick up the pigment with a hard flat brush, don't forget to drain the excess. Anyway, you can keep the color under the crease or push it a little over the crease! Use a fluffy brush to smear creases and blur sharp lines. Tip: You can also use bright pigments to lighten the inner corners of the eyes and highlight the area under the eyebrow bones. Both make your eyes look bigger.

Kallos Pigments for Lips: Pigments can be mixed with lip gloss to achieve the desired color. Take a small amount of lip gloss on the back of your hand (or other smooth surface) and use a brush to blend your favorite pigment with a crisp sheen to create a paste-like consistency. Apply the paste with a small lip brush - do not use lip gloss to mix or use, as the color will retain the remaining radiance. Pigments can also be mixed with lipstick to dilute the bright color, change the color or give it more radiance - mix the pigment with a small amount of lipstick (separately from the tube) like lip gloss. Mix and match to get the right shade! Tip: Add a subtle shade to highlight Cupid's bow and make your lips look fuller!
